Extreme Pita
You’ve come to the right place for gourmet pita. It’s all about the bread! We roll it, we eat it, we earn it. And we’re successful at it. We’ve got over 200 locations throughout Canada and the U.S. with continuous strong growth.
Why Extreme Pita?
A lot of restaurants out there offer items that are fried within an inch of their lives. Extreme Pita has the right concept at the right time, because more and more consumers are looking for a fresh, fast, healthy alternative, something we have been doing since we opened our doors.
Brand Promise:
Extreme Pita offers a fantastic range of healthy great tasting food for busy, active individuals and families who want to live life to the fullest (extreme) from a company that doesn’t believe healthy has to taste bad or be boring.
We’re dedicated to our product, to our franchisees and to our customers - making Extreme Pita an extremely reliable company to do business with.
People love fresh, new ideas, and almost everyone will try something at least once. Lucky for us, our customers can’t resist us! And most of them are repeat customers, eating at an Extreme Pita regularly. We use advertising to continue to build awareness of the Extreme Pita brand and benefits.
Media
We make sure the Extreme Pita name is spread throughout all areas of the media using tactics that include: in-store promotions, coupon placements, press releases, outdoor advertisements (such as transit ads and billboards), radio commercials, and other media vehicles. All of it is created with the target market in mind. We continually ask ourselves “What do they want?” We also ensure that all ads are targeted specifically to build awareness of the Extreme Pita brand and its benefits.
Marketing your Store
Marketing your store before it opens for business is an important part of your initial success. Everyone wants their store to be busy as soon as it opens but if the general public isn’t aware of your opening, they won’t be there! Marketing locally in the weeks prior to the grand opening is essential!
Extreme Assistance
Preparation and information are critical factors needed for any business to succeed. At Extreme Pita, we recognize the need to spend quality time with each and every franchisee and we take pride in knowing that the support we provide our franchisees is one of a kind and dedicated, starting the moment you decide to fill out a franchise application form.
Marketing, Advertising & Ongoing Support
Once you’ve completed a pretty rigorous approval process we’ll see to it that you have every tool available to make your store a success. Promoting and developing our brand is crucial. You’ll get extensive marketing training, a user-friendly marketing manual and promotions & merchandising support. We also assist in developing and executing an opening advertising strategy and seasonal campaigns. We’ll even send field reps out (it’s an ongoing thing!) to offer suggestions, answer questions, consult, and provide continuous support.
Volume Buying Power
We’ve got some pretty impressive buying power, too. Because of our volume, we can negotiate lower prices from vendors for our franchisees. And that means you get more time to focus on your store.
Real Estate and Construction Support
Location, Location, Location!!! Everyone knows the importance of a good location in the retail business. Although the Extreme Pita has final approval on all locations, we strongly encourage franchisees to become involved in the site selection process.
Our support team will help you analyze potential sites to ensure the best possibility for success of your business. Important aspects of site selection include traffic patterns, consumer demographics, signage availability, visibility, and more. Our success is ultimately dependent on yours.
Here at Extreme Pita we will work right beside you, making the process of opening your franchise so much easier. We will help you negotiate your lease and provide you with customized architectural and engineering drawings to ensure your standards are met.
Hands on Training
We provide an extensive training program for all franchisees to ensure that when your store opens you are comfortable and experienced in all aspects of running a successful business. Our “Pita Pro In the Making” program provides you with 10 days at our headquarters in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, followed by another 2 weeks of in-store hands-on training. During the training we teach you what it takes to operate an efficient and successful Extreme Pita. The Training program involves both classroom and in-store training from experienced corporate trainers that have previously operated successful Extreme Pita franchises. During this period we will train you in everything from rolling the pita, scheduling and ordering, customer service, management control systems to the training of your new staff.
Support in Your Store
In addition our trainers will come to your store during the first week of business to help you prepare for your grand opening. They will assist in implementing marketing tools to get your name out in the community, they will help you and your employees get comfortable with daily operations, as well as behind the scenes help with scheduling, ordering, and training. The support doesn’t end there, each restaurant is assigned a business development consultant to provide on-going continuous support in every facet of your business.
